We are Cindy 's clients forever as she is amazingly fast, nice location downtown Tiburon and in Tiburon for decades. She is excellent for special events and weekend appointments.

Some things change, and some don't. I first starting going to Cindy's Hair Studio in, gosh, I think it was 1985. Since then I, my husband, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, and friends have all been regular customers. Here is Old School Marvy Marin. That is a refreshing display of ethics in contrast to many not-so-ethical businesses I've frequented lately Nobody at this business offered to reward me or pay me or compensate me for posting 5 star reviews of this business. That is also a refreshing display of ethics in contrast to many not-so-ethical businesses I've frequented lately. Good customer service is all about bringing customers back. And about sending them away happy - happy enough to pass positive feedback about your business along to others, who may then try the product or service you offer for themselves and in their turn become repeat customers. The essence of good customer service is forming a relationship with customers - a relationship that a customer feels that she or he would like to continue. A business worthy of praise and loyalty. Owner / operator is a Past President of Rotary Club of Tiburon Sunset. When it comes to business, an amateur practices until they get it right while a professional, such as here, practices until they can't get it wrong. Cindy's Hair Studio is all the above. Visiting Tiburon and needed a haircut. Cindy graciously worked me in to her schedule. Service was professional and efficient; I learned a lot about Tiburon from her as well. Shop has been thriving in this small town since the 1980s so she is obviously doing something right! In her free time, Cindy runs a nonprofit which helps the local homeless; see I am happy to support her business!
