This company is a great company. Our hoa used them to replace our roofs. I had a couple of issues with my awnings and specifically the sun and wind controllers. I letmy Hoa know and they forwarded my email to the company. Ill be honest , I wondered how long it would take for Roof asset management to respond, and to my amazement , Zane responded the very next business day. We discussed my issues, and I told him I had already contacted my awning guy to come out and check it out. Zane said that is great, we want our customers to be satisfied, he also went up on the roof to see if he could figure it out.
