Very prompt and competent service replacing a window screen the frame of which had been destroyed by the desert heat and dryness. Orlando's employee Alan, a very pleasant person, quickly constructed a new frame and screen which accurately fit the window. He also did a quick fix on a screen that had become difficult to remove and replace. No prolonged wait for service. Alan came within the time frame that was established.
