I was saved by Nicol and staff when my very old AC died on me. They were able to respond quickly and with the lowest bid. Nicol did a spectacular job with installation and have been servicing our equipment since. They are flexible and responsive. It’s a pleasure working with them, like calling a friend to help. Couldn’t recommend them more they are 5 starts with a knowledgeable staff.

Dana and the entire Nicol Climate Control team did a fantastic job. They are professionals who know how to get things done and went above and beyond to complete the work. They were competitively priced, on time every day, communicated regularly with any questions or updates, and left the place clean. I fully endorse Nicol Climate Control and recommend them to anyone considering an HVAC update, replacement or for regular maintenance ands service. I am happy to have gotten rid of old furnaces for heat pumps, replaced old split air units and now have a very efficient system I can count on. Was able to install multiple ACs throughout the house in just around six or so hours, and were efficient and hardworking.
Was able to explain the process of it easily and informed me of an issue with one of the pumps being faulty and that they were going to come back and fix it when others would have just left it to break down.
