After having a flood in our kitchen, I called Flood Response and during their work they noticed discoloration in the pantry closet where moisture had been detected. They recommended a testing company that determined mold had started. They had plastic up which limited the spread and were able to clean it and repair it good as new. We are extremely grateful to Chris, Charlie and Roy for their attention to detail and explaining the process. I hope I don’t have another issue but will be sure to call Flood Response if I ever do!
I came home and saw several inches of water on the floor I didn’t know what to do so I reached out to Chris at flood response he had someone there within the hour. They got rid of all the water and dried everything out and they were able to rebuild the cabinets. So thankful for saving a situation that freaked me out!
