I called Distinctive Restoration to clean my tile and grout which was in need of serious help. Daniel came out and provided me with a consultation and did some testing of the grout and tile. He pointed out some things in the grout that may affect how clean it could get and then measured the area to be cleaned (1534 sq. ft.) and gave me a written price, which never varied. I was impressed. He came out the next Tuesday with an assistant and they spent two days cleaning my tile and grout. They moved all my furniture and did a fabulous job. My house never looked better; all the furniture returned to the original positions. Daniel says he likes to under promise and over deliver! They sure did in this case. In addition, both gentlemen went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and answered all my questions. I will be calling them again when I have other cleaning work, and you should too. You won't regret it.
