Jerry and Jasmine are the absolute best! Not only did they solve the issue with custom build pc in five minutes, Jasmine took the time to clean up and manage all of the cables. They had great customer service, were very helpful, and made me laugh the whole time they fixed my pc.
I had a great experience with Aztec Data Supply. I had a gaming PC that was not working and I could not figure out why. After I dropped it off to get repaired, I got a call a few hours later from Jasmine who found the issue and got it back up and running. Fast service, great prices, and super friendly. Will definitely be using them again and referring them to friends and family for computer needs.
Ok let me start out by saying this is the best customer service I have ever received from a business! The service was incredible and I say that with no hesitation or pressure at all. I needed my MacBook Air laptop screen fixed and internally it was cracked all of a sudden which was weird cause u didn't drop it or hit it at all just opened it recently and it was like that so not sure what happened. But apparently Apple has had a problem with internally cracked screens on the 2020 M1 MacBook airs and this spontaneously happening. Anyway I send a quick message to Aztec Data within minutes they reply and say hey we can come pick it up fix it and bring it back! I was like no way they could have it back to me the same day but literally Jerry had it back to me within an 1.5 hours!!!!! That's insanely amazing service!!!! I called around to other places and I got same 1 to 2 week response for when they could get my laptop back to me but Jerry literally came picked it up no questions asked and changed my screen for an amazing price the same day!!! Screw Apple honestly if anyone reviews them and they need a service go to Aztec data supply they have amazing service and will literally get what you need done the same day! There's a reason they have 5 stars I am still shocked and astounded by their amazing service, quality and customer care they keep you in the loop the whole time too. I thought it was too good to be true but it turned out to be an amazing experience, easy and smooth. This business is the best for anything computer related in both LA and Ventura county and everyone should seriously consider this over any other store just for sheer service turnaround time it's incredible. Wayyyyy better than Apple if you need a repair and they beat apples prices too and quality!!!!. Jerry is the man! Super cool knowledge dude who will answer all your questions and make you feel like a valued customer. He is will take good care of you and everything you need. Stellar service guys seriously keep doing what you're doing!!!
