We approached Gannage Design & Construction for help with designing our remodel and additions to our home in Templeton. As a contractor, I planned to handle the construction myself, but we needed their expertise with design, permitting, engineering, and related processes.
Since Gannage is a full-service design-build firm, we weren’t sure how they would respond to a design-only request. However, shortly after submitting our inquiry online, we received a call directly from the owner, Mikhail. He acknowledged that our request was outside their usual scope, but he was open to meeting with us and taking on the project.
Our family hired Gannage Design & Construction to facilitate a complete exterior renovation along with adding outdoor entertainment space and updating the interior. The team at Gannage Design and Construction did a great job from Denise working through the design process and helping transform ideas and concepts into building plans and renderings, to Mikhail and the build team executing the vision. The biggest thing that set Gannage ahead of other builders in the area was the commitment to finishing the project on time.
