This review is for Johnny Lam - Johnny Lam did a FANTASTIC job getting my family and I into a new beautiful property for lease in Ladera Ranch.

He was communicative, on time to all appointments, kept my inquiries and requests all feel like his top priority, negotiated a great deal for me, just a wonderful agent and I feel very blessed to have had the pleasure to work with him.

Best agent ever!!!. Full service. When he sold my house got me top dollars took care of all issues with the buyer. I will never use another agent. I recommend him to all my friends.

My husband and I were looking for a property to rent, and Jian happened to be the real estate agent for the property we were interested in. From the moment that we emailed her to inquire about the property, and all throughout the process, Jian was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive, friendly, hard-working, helpful, and informative.
