Scheduled microdermabrasion but the estetician did a different facial. I confronted Sissy and Bella and they both lied to me in person. Sissy said they did a microdermabrasion to me and Bella said they have over 1000 types of microdermabrasion services. I knew right away it was a lie. So I went home and did some research. I called Ms Slim again and spoke to Sissy and asked what is the name of the machine they used on my face. She couldn't answer. I’ve been coming here for my tattoo removals for over a year. I had gone to other clinics but was disappointed with my progress so I bought a Groupon for an amazing price with this place. They treated me so nicely, provided great service and most importantly I constantly see improvements with every treatment. They explain the whole process and make sure I’m comfortable. I do my appointments several months apart and they’re not pushy like other places. I am very pleased with this spa.
The massage was very mediocre. Came here for a one hour massage and it was average, the massage therapist was not very skilled at all. I didn't get much pain relief from the massage which I usually do. The massage therapist just rubbed some oil on my neck and back and rubbed a bit here and there. It was relaxing, but no pain relief. The place was clean and parking was easy.
