I was looking for a place to get a perm and cut while visiting SoCal. Luz was one of the options recommended to me and so happy I went decided to go here. I was able to get an appointment two days ahead with Eva. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They provided some much needed ice tea while i was getting my hair permed and processed. The washing/shampoo in between was so relaxing as well. Eva is truly a master at her craft, the perm and cut came out so good! The service and quality of work I received would have costed me double what I paid if I were to get it done in the Bay Area. Highly recommend Luz for all your hair needs. Today is my first time at Luz. Lydia was assigned as my hair stylist. I came for a haircut. It took about an hour from start to finish. Both Lydia and another lady who washed my hair were both cordial and professional. Lydia was patient, she listened to my request and gave me her suggestions. Both Mandarin and English are viable. Will definitely come back if I need a haircut in the future. It was $70+tips; this is not an expensive price for the SGV area.

What a wonderful experience. Lydia took my bad experience with another place and cut, and turned it around. She knew my hair was curly even though I walked in with it straight. She asked all along the way if I was satisfied. She was meticulous and so good at her job. Thank you for saving the day!
