I wish I would have checked Javier's yelp review before I hired him. His license was expired on August 2018, he use another pool contract's license to get city permit and sign contract. He is the worst person I have ever worked with. Couldn't finish pool and spa for years. Very poor quality of concrete work. A lot of safety issues. Run wire in existing low voltage wire conduits. No heater for SPA. Poor workmanship! Spa jets don't have enough pressure! No warranty! No repairs after all the problems happened. Hopefully they are not in business anymore!!!

Had to sue them to get my money back for the horrible job they did. I was able to satisfy the judgment in full after almost 2 years. Look it up on the LA County court site, West Covina courthouse, case # 18WCSC03041

non finished job and they refuse to answer or return calls, even though i bent over backwards to accidate their schedual my pool tile still sits unfinished and the plaster is all spotty, but maybe that goes away in time but they don't finish their work beware
