I bought three $50 Macy gift cards from the gift card display in the store. Even though they were activated at the cashier checkout, when I decided to use them a few weeks later, they had been used and there was no money left on them. The store manager stated to me that their policy is that all gift card sales are final and they could not help me or refund my money. Macy's was not helpful either and I finally got them to open an investigation for fraud. Von's was not helpful at all. I would recommend not buying gift cards at that store.

My husband purchased three $50 Macys Gift Cards at Vons on De Palma road for my birthday. When I tried to use the gift cards at Macys I was told that they had already been used. We went to Vons to tell them they sold us fraudulent gift cards. The customer service rep said it was our problem. There is nothing they can do about it. I asked to speak to the manager but she said the manager would tell me the same thing. I am never shopping there again!!!

Good selection and mostly well stocked at the Sycamore Creek location -- some items are pushed to the very far back on the top shelf though. Those can be difficult for me to get given my mediocre vertical and time does not always permit me to get help. Pricing is good, only a little marked up for the convenience of being hyper local to me in Sycamore, I think it's fair and worth it. All staff has been very friendly every time I've visited, though I mostly keep to myself unless I need help reaching something. Keep up the great work and I'll be back for my next grocery run soon.
