I highly recommend Tiffany Designs. Tiffany has been my hair stylist for many years. I am always satisfied with her service. Her prices are reasonable too. She has been a stylist in Tehachapi for decades. I recommend her to my friends and they have become regulars. I will not go to anyone else.

I've been going to Tiffany's Designs for about 6 years. At every appointment, I walk in melancholy and I walk out with great happiness and I feel younger and more handsome than before. Though Tiffany does not cut much of my hair, when I leave, I feel lighter, as if I am walking on air. I am in my seventies, and when Tiffany evens out my Grey, I feel even younger; I tease her and say, "Tiffany, please, if you keep making me look younger and younger, I won't be able to stave off all the women; you are turning me into a lady- magnet. I've had the pleasure of being a client of Tiffany for a couple of years now. I just love her personality. Very friendly and she always does an awesome job on my hair! She definitely deserves a 5 star rating!
