Being new to the area, one of my first priorities was to find a good massage therapist. I'm over 50 and have many degenerative discs which require regular care. I found Kristina and could not be more pleased. She is kind, empathic, skilled, gentle yet applies needed pressure in all the right places. She has done massage, Craniotomy and cups on me - all gentle and effective. Kristina has truly helped me in my continual journey to a more pain free life.

Kristina, has god sent healing hands. I have been dealing with sciatic pain for 4 week and not even the pain medication helps but one deep tissue massage along with a cupping session with Kristina and my pain has reduced. I can now envision myself without pain with further sessions with Kristina. Thank you for helping people heal holistically.

Kristina is a professional and knows exactly the area's to work when your condition is explained to her. She knows her stuff and keeps me active on my motocross motorcycle and in the gym! Just wish I could see her more!
