It’s a nice place always really clean,provided Taylor and staff are really nice and respectful , the only not really convenient thing is the appointment scheduling take too long over a month if you lucky but usually take over two or until 3 months if need to see your doctor
The doctor and the nurse are perfect, but the reception staff are—in a way—downright awful; they don't answer questions or help in any way, and they treat you terribly. It would be a perfect place if they replaced the receptionists, who don't know how to do their jobs.
As someone with clinical medical experience this place is the definition of a nightmare. For starters I have been with Omni Family Health for three years till now. Office staff has repeatedly shown how unprofessional and unapproachable they are. It is very clear that communication between staff and providers is extremely limited. Every provider is dismissive and doesn't listen to patients. Applying to all services provided here dental medical and ob! No way of contacting with your direct providers if any questions or concerns. They do not get back to you in timely manner.
