Zero stars if I could. Yesterday, I made a telehealth appointment for today. I never received a link for log in for a video call with the provider. I was on the phone twice before the appointment time with their admin to try and get a link (never came). Two minutes before my appointment time I received a call from the doctor asking if I was planning on logging in or not and that she has been waiting. I said I hadn’t received a link. Took 15 minutes for them to even call me up to the window to try and get me checked in. Granted there was no one else in line and there were 3 of them behind the counter. Supposed to be a walk in clinic but they told me they were booked up till tomorrow. This was after telling the receptionist my long list of symptoms I've had for 8-9 days now including difficulty breathing. Poor excuse for a clinic in health care. I'd recommend going to the vet first instead of going here. Not to mention they turned down same day service to a veteran.

This company is terrible. I have been trying to get a simple medication refilled for a month, I have paid for two different telehealth appointments where the doctor assured me she was calling in a prescription. Never happened and I’m out two copays.It is impossible to get a hold of anyone. It is impossible to contact a doctor. It is impossible to fix any problems. The customer service is terrible, the doctors are unavailable, and this has been the most frustrating situation. I have paid more in co-pays than I would for the medication that I never got. They won’t even refund my co-pays. I can’t get a straight answer from anyone.
