Always professional. I wished they put a sign up that people should only talk on their phone if it’s an emergency. Some lady calling welfare, another dentist office and xray on her phone in the waiting room ON SPEAKER! Not cool! Non stop on speaker phone! Please put a sign up emergency calls only or step outside. Other people don’t want to hear it!
It’s a nice place always really clean,provided Taylor and staff are really nice and respectful , the only not really convenient thing is the appointment scheduling take too long over a month if you lucky but usually take over two or until 3 months if need to see your doctor
The doctor and the nurse are perfect, but the reception staff are—in a way—downright awful; they don't answer questions or help in any way, and they treat you terribly. It would be a perfect place if they replaced the receptionists, who don't know how to do their jobs.
