It started with the sauna for a half hour, then a soft dry body brush, then an exfoliating body scrub, wipe down with hot towels, then a hydrating body wrap, then while wrapped in plastic from head to toe a head massage with oil treatment, then a wipe down with hot towels, and then robed up for a break.
