The OG cut I got from her was my during my first visit to this salon where I mentioned volunteering. I came back knowing she wouldn't do me wrong, and allowed her full creative freedom regarding my hair. No regrets. 10/10. I refuse to go to any other salon artist for future haircuts here in Tehachapi.
I've been going to Celeste Garcia for awhile now. About four years and I've never left the salon disappointed. If you show her a inspiration picture she basically puts it exactly on your head. I've done many hair colors and re colors, hair cuts being shoulder length to an 80s style shag cut. I recently walked out with a perm and I'm not disappointed. Very pleased. Celeste is a wonder person who gets along with teenagers and many clients and doesn't make you feel like she doesn't want to do you hair. I recommend this place if you are new to town or just looking for a trustworthy stylist and or salon!
