They are always polite and professional from scheduling the appointment till the time they leave. The plumber Manny is prompt, polite, and easy to talk with. He is knowledgeable, courageous, and thorough. Manny came out and fixed issues quickly, same day. He installed a new toilet with a bidet, fixed a main line clog, and installed two new faucets with a shut off valve in a record amount of time. The company also fixed a gas line leak years prior. Their prices are excellent and fair, and they work fast and efficiently. They came first thing the next day and all repairs were done in about an hour. The work is beautiful. Customers would never look anywhere else and would use them every time.
Every encounter with Major Plumbing has been a pleasure. The plumbers are polite, on time, communicate effectively and more importantly HONEST!! I had a septic grinder which stopped working and I assumed it was the same age as the house. I thought it needed to be replaced and Major Plumbing ordered a new one for me. When they inspected the current grinder they discovered that a chain that was attached to the grinder had detoriated to the point that it broke loose and was preventing the float from rising as it should. We have used Major Plumbing many times. They are always very courteous and helpful. Manny came out and installed a new garbage disposal. Everyone we have used has been top notch.Would highly recommend.
I was visiting my parents and the garbage disposal went out. Major plumbing (Manny) came out quickly. He was very kind and knowledgeable! Both he and Luke went above and beyond to get the job done quickly and cost effective.
