I highly recommend these guys! They responded to my on-line inquiry on the same day I sent it. My requested A.C./Heater service was not an emergency, but they had the service scheduled within a couple of days. They were on time, professional, friendly, answered all my questions and were knowledgeable about my units. Best of all, it was very affordable and I am sitting in my nice, cool house!
I called from Los Angeles after calling several companies to see about having my mother's A/C unit repaired in California City. David was very eager to go out and take a look at what was needing to be done. They (Bruce and David) went out within a few hours to give an estimate and were upfront about all cost and was more than fair with their estimate. I appreciate the customer service and will update my review once the job is complete.
Bruce and David were here yesterday to do maintenance/repair on my AC. And boy am I so GLAD they were! First,even in this time of Covid they came in only 2 days. Our appointment was at 3pm. They arrived EXACTLY at 3! And their service only got better from there. This father and son could not of been more friendly,polite and knowledgeable. They gave off an immediate air of honesty and confidence. Because of medical concerns it is IMPERATIVE that I have a fine tuned AC. They could of taken advantage of me and sold me the " kitchen sink" ,but they didn't! I found their prices for all the work they did VERY reasonable. They did many things even install a new thermostat, and were done in EXACTLY the time they said it would take.They even cleaned up after themselves. Not that they made any mess to begin with. But they still swept up! Lol These guys were so great I already booked them for future maintenance and will us them for ALL my future needs. I am even hiring the son David for other jobs around the house. I HIGHLY recommend this FATHER/SON team for all your AC/HEATING needs. I just wish I could give them MORE then 5 stars!
