Always have a great experience when I have to go in or take my children in. Shout out to Beth for sending me in for a scan that found cancer and potentially added years to my life since we found it at stage 1 .

I love all the staff here , always friendly and professional. My wait time usually isn’t more than 25 minutes but they do get pretty busy and at times it will be a little longer wait . Overall the staff and most of the nurses and doctors are awesome . Now if we can just get some towel service while we wait 🙋🏻‍♀️

The NP Bell is wonderful, but the staff who handles appointments and referrals not so much. Called to make follow up appointment from urgent care per urgent cares direction. I am having pain and the office staff said they cannot get me in until late August a month away!! Per my insurance, I am allowed timely access to care by their standards and at most, appointment should be no more than 15 business days depending on circumstances. A month is completely unacceptable. I tried to re-explain my situation to the staff and it didn't matter. She did offer me to come in to their walk in clinic, BUT stated she cannot guarantee they will do what I need and may still refer me… read full review
