This morning I called to put an order in for my Nana to receive Mother’s Day flowers on Saturday.Given that Mother’s Day is One of the busiest weeks of the year for flower shops, The young woman I spoke to was extremely professional, poised and flexible with my price range.They would get a five star review if the service stops there but it didn’t...The woman happen to know that my Nana would not be home on Saturday so they delivered the flowers today so they didn’t sit in the hot sun. WOW I am blown away!! On the busiest week of the year and they turn an order around in less than eight hours unbelievable.Thank you for caring!

I wanted a fruit and candy basket and due to bad planning on my part I needed same day delivery, the lady that answered was super sweet and told me she would go to the store and get some things to make it for me. I was gonna look else where as I didn’t want to burden the shop with having to go shopping for things but she assured me it would be fine. They did a great job and the recipient loved it. So thankful they were willing to do that for me.

I called on a Sunday, they happened to be there because of a commercial they were shooting and gladly filled my order for a doz. red roses. I didn't even realize it was Sunday and they were closed. It was even delivered 7 miles away and Debbie made sure they were delivered in a timely manner. The 12 red roses were displayed nicely in a glass vase and looked absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend Jack's Flower Shop to anybody that would like a beautiful arrangement delivered to their home or just go in and pick something out. The store has a lot more to it than just flowers, all kinds a neat stuff for your home! Thank you so much for the special treatment! That's what keeps people going back. You're the best in town!
