My mother made an appointment early In the morning at 9 am, she went ready to get her hair done but the lady never showed up nor did she reply to her messages. No explanation whatsoever! 2 hours later did she contact my mother again!
My hair was an emergency. The need for a first responder was to save a dead head. Bangs and Tangles went to voice mail at 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Save your money and have a true professional do your hair
Gotten a few good hair cuts by them over the years. Today I was meet with unanswered calls. When I walked over to request a walk in I was meet with a locked door with 2 people inside chatting. I will be going else where from now on, I don't feel like jumping through hoops to get an appointment.
