Needed road service. Insurance dispatched Up Country. Our truck driver, Christian, was friendly and expedient. It was hot today and he got to us quicker than projected. Appreciate the professional service.

The other day we had our tire bust on the 88 and Uptown Towing came to our rescue. We got lucky and had cell service and found them here on Yelp. When we called they said it would be about an hour before the tow truck would be able to get to us, though Michael was the one who got dispatched and arrived within 30 mins! He was super careful and took his time hooking up our car to the tow truck (our tire was shredded to the rim). Michael was also just an overall very kind person and made our stressful situation/45 minute drive to the nearest tire store so much better. Thank you Uptown for saving us and a huge thank you to Michael especially, for taking care of us!

I needed a simple tow and waited 7+ hours for AAA to show up. Finally called Up Country Towing and they were on the scene within 45 minutes. Michael showed up and was exceptionally helpful, kind and efficient - and apparently it was his day off! Could not recommend these folks more highly.
