I want to shout out for Safeguard Pest Control TOTALLY ROCK!!! They are kind, patience, understanding, Honest ,straight forward, type of Folks. You will receive the Best customer Service from this company even in 114 degree weather, With attitudes cranky and frustrations on my part. They will work with us the customer to find and fix the bug Problem. They actually make an effort of Caring and going the extra bit it takes to solve the mystery of where are the bugs hiding now.. Excellent Service… thank you so much Safeguard pest control team.. PS yes we have them on a contract, yes they will come out as often as needed no extra charge to fix the bug problem. I had the pleasure of doing business with this company. I had to have my house inspected in order to sell it. Safeguard was able to work with my busy schedule, come out and assess the house. It was discovered that there were subterranean termites, and they were able to provide pictures with evidence. So, we had to schedule another appointment to take care of the treatment before selling the house. Keith, scheduled us in and made it work. Once he was able to take care of the treatment, he discovered that it was not as eroded as he thought and was able to refund us part of our money. I was not even sure if this type of honesty was even around anymore. So simple of a gesture can renew a persons faith in humanity and in company's like this. Thank you for all your help. I highly recommend using this company for your pest control needs.
