Very small intimate spa, locally owned and operated. Melissa was wonderful and listened to my needs. The prices are amazing. Call and book at least 2 weeks out from when you want to visit. There schedule fills quickly! Amazing and very short walk from Hanford House and Element restaurant

Wonderful massage in a lovely atmosphere. Masseuse Heather was professional and worked super hard on working my stress fatigued muscles, but did it in a way that did not leave me sore. Very well done.

Had another great experience at refresh. I haven’t been there for 3-4 years and it’s even better than I remember. The massage was so relaxing I almost fell asleep and forgot the gal’s name but will update soon when I return to leave a decent tip. Ended up leaving too soon to truly express how thankful I am I really can’t thank you enough. ABSOLUTELY will be back soon.
