Location. Pine View Mobile home park, Susanville, CA. roughly 10:15 am.
Had to have a 1995 Camaro that belongs to my wife's Sister jump started and eventually towed. The Operators, Logan and Johnathon were extremely helpful in many aspects which included finding us a retailer for a brand new battery after he (Logan) could not get us into Susanville towing for whatever reason that arose??? He got us into Jackson's service center and they did a great job getting that car back on the road with a brand new Interstate Battery. So, again on the towing end and the service call from Logan and Johnathon, 5 stars for sure. and 5 to Jacksons.
Thanks Guys.

On Fathers Day we had an accident involving our 36' 5th wheel trailer and a tree. It was off a long winding road. Susanville Towing saved all our belongings that fell down the ravine. Even our hearing aids were retrieved! They were resourceful, kind, considerate, and oh so very helpful. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Susanville Towing.
This is a review for the whole team at Susanville Towing. From the tow to how diligently Garrett worked on my vehicle. He stayed on it working through every issue. This was a major drive line failure involving major components and damaged electrical they handled it smoothly efficiently. They were also helpful with a followup call that proved to be unrelated . I would recommend this tow company and repair shop to anyone needing any repair work or a fair tow company. Thanks GO
