I'd give these guys more stars if I could! Justin and his partner saved my mom and I. We're traveling with a uhaul, and our uhaul road assistance wanted to make us wait 3 hours for them to help us because we were stuck in snow! but these guys showed up in a hour and were so helpful and so kind to us. We're beyond grateful for them. they literally saved us. I'll always hype these guys up. Thank you Justin!!
Excellent service, professional and helpful. Justin rescued us after we were stranded with a flat tire for 2 hours in the middle nowhere and 3:30 in the morning. Our Costco “roadside insurance” let us down but AAA and Susanville Towing took us all the way to Reno. Thank you!!
These people are fantastic, saved me and my family! We broke down on the grade to Antelope lake. They towed us to our destination with ease. They placed our trailer in a great location at the lake for hunting season. While dropping off my truck at Susanville Transmission shop, here we are no car and the Susanville Towing shop loned my family a car for just under a week. What a blessing the Susanville Towing Company, Susanville Transmission Shop and the people of Susanville are. Thank you all!!!
