Been trying to get medical supplies for my tracheostomy and feeding tube for the past 2 months from owens medical and haven't been able to get any of the right medical supplies .I literally need these supplies to survive and these people could care less about helping me with anything

Very nice people polite an understanding but they do not call or follow up have to call them if dr places order to see if they have it an if they will bring it out takes forever to get it

WORST as a business, robo call to say call back then call back , then put on hold, then after short time they say sorry we missed your call then hang up on you VERY POOR SERVICE, VERY POOR
