I would give Mike Smith zero stars if I could. We contacted him about doing a few repairs on the home we purchased. He was a referral by someone we know local to the area. We purchased the home for my mother and do not reside locally. He said he does not do bids. I was taken aback by that at first because although we were not trying to shop around for the best price we at least wanted to know the ballpark. However we knew of no other contractors in the area so we planned to go ahead and have Mike do the repairs on our home.
