“Sabino is, in a word, amazing. I called him yesterday morning about a bottlebrush tree that had split in my backyard that was dangerously close to pulling down a cable line. If anyone knows bottlebrush trees they know what a tangled mess they can be (not to mention the dust and heaven-knows-what material has rested high above in the canopy of leaves and branches). Sabino came out within an hour, assessed the issue, gave straightforward and accurate information on what was needed, and came back in an hour with another amazing person to cut down the concerning branches. They were like surgeons in how they approached the cuts, methodical and thoughtful. I want to stress this because any other way could have been disastrous with the cable line attached to other important lines. I cannot say enough about him and about this service.
