The service loaners have also been a point of contention, with some customers receiving vehicles that are dirty, dusty, and have issues with connectivity and functionality. In one case, a customer had to clean the loaner vehicle themselves just to be able to operate it. On the positive side, some customers have had smooth experiences, with their vehicles' issues resolved quickly and efficiently, and the ability to borrow a loaner vehicle each time. Overall, the Tesla Service Center seems to provide a mixed bag of experiences, with room for improvement in certain areas.
Really appreciate service advisor Eddie’s service! He’s extremely courteous, patient, and detail oriented.
As a former tech, he is also really knowledgeable with the vehicles and made the service and concern verification process much easier.
Funny how i always seem to get great service at places that seem to have bad ratings. I wonder why?? Maybe if customers come in with better attitudes, they might get hella good service from the workers anywhere. Took my car in for service here and never had any issues. Staff always seem helpful and friendly. I must be very lucky to have good service all the time at places w low ratings.
Service here is solid, though not without its faults. Attention to detail that is ordinarily found at an upscale dealership seems to be missing at this location. Clean service loaners and not leaving greasy smudges before returning the vehicle to the customer should be on the list.With that said, the staff here are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what they do here, which is to get your Tesla back to spec and on the road. Drop off was not hands off as the app infers, but it was nice to talk to the service and tech agents to make clear what was at issue.My service was projected to take more than a day so I was given a loaner.
