Working with Iming and TBD.fit has me feeling like I’m aging in reverse. I’m a 30 year old who used to play sports in high school and now deals with body pain like lower back aches in the morning or hip/knee/shoulder pain when I workout or play sports that I assumed was a part of getting older.
