    I began training with Rojin last month and from the start I could tell she truly cares about your wellbeing & is passionate about changing lives for the better. She is extremely knowledgable & skilled in her craft. She quickly pinpointed my weak areas that could result in health issues if not corrected (e.g. weak glutes and lower core that could cause back pain, and several other muscles I didn't even know were tight or underutilized). Rojin developed highly specialized exercise routines & nutritional suggestions to focus on improving my weaknesses as well as strengthening overall fitness to lead me on the path to achieve my goals. I highly recommend buying sessions in bulk to ensure you stick to the program & let her motivate you to start changing your habits and making a difference in your life.

A client-trainer relationship is extremely valuable. It's crucial to have guidance outside of training sessions in order for clients to reach their full potential. Although, I train people of all levels, I specialize in: Weight loss, conditioning, strength training, mobility, calisthenic and functional training. I am a firm believer that the most effective way to reach sustainable goals is staying disciplined and consistent. As your coach, it's my job to keep you accountable and guide you in all ways necessary to reach your objectives. I will also educate you in nutrition which plays an important role in overall wellness and maintaining a healthy weight.
