We work with Pristine on almost daily basis and there is no other company to treat and clean stone , tile , etc.

We had an outstanding first experience with Prostone but a less than satisfactory experience the second time which relates to a misunderstanding over what was required and how the job should have been handled. Because they did such a good job on my first job, I'd highly recommend that you consider them but you should make sure you clearly understand the results you want and make sure Jonathan, the owner, comes in person to see and quote the job and you and he are clear on the expected results. We did that in the first job and everything was great; we did not do that in our second job with them which was unfortunate.
The team at Prostone came in and fixed a gap in our shower waterfall. They matched the color great. Plan to use them for more work in the future. Also a veteran run company, need to support them.
