After years of using premium Plaxo through Comcast, I had to finally cut the cord in 2016. It was messing up the field mapping in my contacts randomly, and annoyingly repeating each contact's existing phones & repeating them as "work mobile" & "other". Really? Tried working with support but they could not fix the problems. Now using inexpensive Fieldstone's gsyncit Outlook addin to sync contacts & calendar to Google. On iPhone I use Contacts Sync app to do same. No more problems.

I have used the free version of Plaxo for years. I have even paid for it a time or two. Recently I decided to try the PRO version for 30 days. What a horrible experience!! There was trouble from the beginning with installing the tool bar on Outlook so tech support changed settings that caused my contacts from iCloud disappear among other things. I have spent two weeks trying to resolve this with support. You cannot reach anyone directly and have to wait for a call back. With so much time passing, I decided to just end my trial. I signed up for Plaxo 6 months ago. They had no trouble billing my account, however, they have never responded to my multitude of pleas for assistance and I have never been able to log into the account. I have sent emails, made phone calls all of which seemly have fallen on deaf ears. No representative has ever contacted me. I will say if they consider billing me again, they will not find it so easy, had that card number changed after I was scammed by this company, What is it they say fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me...not this time! I would not tell my worst enemy, if I had one, to sign up for this company.
