I hadn't been to downtown Sunnyvale in years. Parking was easy, Revive's location is beautiful and new. The best part of my visit was Ultherapy with Kristin!!!!!! She took the time I needed to catch my breath between rounds. She was very professional and knowledgeable!

I've had several laser hair removal sessions before, but my recent appointment with Kristen at this location was hands down the best. What stood out to me is that Kristen is a true specialist – her level of care and attention to detail is remarkable. She takes the time to explain her process during treatment. She even iced the zapped spots afterward, making the experience unexpectedly enjoyable - no one's done that before. I can't wait for my next appointment with her!Service: Laser hair removal

Amazing first impresion. Came in late to my apartment but was treated as if I had arrived on time. Kristen took the time to find out how the treatments where going from the other location and also asked about the areas that felt more delicate. She mapped the area she treated and followed through with the cooling pads wich helped greatly deal with the sting of the treatmentThank you Kristen!!
