Second time I've reached out to Grumpy's and based on those two experiences I have no reason to ever call anyone else. David unfortunately was booked for weeks but took the time to walk me through troubleshooting on the phone, identified the problem and solution - all without ever actually seeing the problem in person. He went above and beyond to help despite his packed schedule and I was able to quickly fix it myself under his guidance. Incredible service, great company.

We needed to replace a 20+ year old HVAC and were struggling to decide if we wanted an electric heat pump instead of a gas HVAC system. Grumpy's HVAC educated us on our options and worked with us to select a modern, eco friendly and energy efficient unit within our budget. The old unit was replaced after having to take down part of our fence. When Grumpy's left, there was no signs they had been there and the fence was good as new. The new heat pump works like a charm and the first utilities bill of the summer disappointed PG&E when they did not get to take all my money.

Honest, professional, and a great price. Can't recommend enough. AC unit went out during the summer, then Furnace went out late spring. David came to the rescue. We got a quote from another company and I thought I was going to have to refinance the house to pay for the repairs. When David came out he looked at everything and let us know the other company was trying to sell us all kinds of work we didn't need. He came up with plan, and gave us a fair price. He got to the work very promptly. David and his team were kind and efficient. Got the work done when he said he would, and even fixed several things previous installers had done poorly.
