Waited for an hour to get on top of the waitlist, and when I made it to the salon they had dropped me from it and had to sign up again. The woman at the entrance told me she had tried to call me, but the only thing that she said on the call to identify herself was “Synderville, Retley”, nonsense that was registered as spam.
Edit: +3* for the woman who did my haircut. She was nice and did a great job.
I decided to try this place after trying many other local barber shops near the Sunnyvale area. Along with economical pricing, they hear you and give suggestions and are very friendly. Talking to them, I understood that they want you to be a repeat customer which is a good thing. Waiting process is organized due to the check, so you will not see unexpected delays. They accepted my coupon too, which is a plus.
Some very talented people working at this location! This place is amazing and there is definitely some hidden talent here. I’ve only let Jennifer cut my hair for the past 2 years now with how talented she is. Definitely recommend this location
