I originally came here because I had an alar reduction surgery elsewhere, but unfortunately, part of the incision did not heal properly. Instead of the two edges of the skin healing and sealing together as they should, a small portion remained separated, leaving a visible gap and an uneven scar. Even after waiting several months, the area showed very little improvement on its own. The scar remained noticeable, the texture was irregular, and I was worried that it would never heal properly without professional treatment.
