I used their service for a move on September 28. The pricing was among the most competitive I found, and overall the move went smoothly. However, some of my furniture ended up with scratches and light damage. I wouldn’t recommend them for high-end or delicate pieces, but for less expensive furniture where minor damage isn’t a major concern, they’re a reasonable option.
Update: The team followed up afterward and made an effort to address the issues, which I really appreciate.
