I purchased a few items a couple weeks ago and when I received them I had a question. I ordered the gen 2 tin and gen 2 divider and the divider is huge and won't fit in the tin. I sent a message on 2/24 and hadn't heard anything by Friday. I sent another email on 3/1 to followup on my original issue. I received the confirmation email on both request days with their hours of operation. It is now 3/4 and still no response. I completely understand being busy and short handed. What I don't understand is why can't they just send a quick personal (not canned) response saying sorry we will get back to you shortly. Unfortunately no human response yet. I like all the other items I got but the one thing I was really looking forward to turned out to be a huge disappointment because of their lack of customer service.
This is a company that I can't just buy something and checkout - I need to look at every page before checking out because I know they have more cool things I want.
Ordered the County Comm GP-7/SSB and received it in two days. The sound, reception and build quality is superb and sturdy.
