There is honestly not enough space here to fully outline my experience with Clover, but it is consistently disappointing and frustrating.

The support structure is particularly problematic. The online chat directs you to call customer service, while customer service often tells you to go back online for self-service support. When you do reach someone, you’ll likely be transferred—because customer service is apparently separate from technical support—yet there is no clear or direct option to reach technical support in the first place. To the Clover Team,

I am writing to express my serious frustration with the level of service I have received from your company. In all my life, I have never experienced such poor customer support and lack of communication between a company’s own team members.

On Friday, I set up my account with Christina. Shortly after that, Kim called me. I explained the entire situation to her, and during a Zoom meeting with her manager she told me that I should open a new account. I followed her instructions and created the new account as requested.

Since that day, I have not received a single response from Kim.
