Hit the help button online and got a foreign guy who could not help and couldn't get me a phone number this must be a scam place when he asked for info off a bill I said never received any and had for year's must be democrats I see there from California explains all
Bad customer service, they closed my account don’t know for what reason, i’ve been with them for 6 years 0 problems, I had one Clover machine since I started with them and it broke then their salesman told me if I want to lease one so I don’t have to pay for it again if something goes wrong so two years into the lease Clover HAS decided to terminate my account, and they didn’t give me any notifications that they’re gonna stop service for my business so I had to run around and get another machine and get another processor. I lost business during this process, but not only that now I have to pay for the Rest of the lease for first data because They are the one...read full review
I mean, honestly, with the hidden fees of clover feeling like slavery has just come back investing in your own business. But to feel like you're working for clover as an employee, the amount of money they randomly take out of your account with processing fees. Surcharge fees, you're basically working for clover, purchasing their equipment.
