Extremely caring and compassionate doctor. I had an excruciating pain in my jaw and contacted Dr. Gorthi, she was able to adjust me into her schedule for the same day. She diagnosed me well and referred me for further treatment.
It was my first dental visit ever and Bharathi and her assistant made me comfortable and explained to me all the issues with my teeth, what services are needed and also gave me detailed explanations on what is covered by insurance and what's not, what my out of pocket expenses would be and then proceeded with services after receiving my consent. Though there was one more sitting I am scheduled for, am satisfied with the treatment and the service I received so far.
Dr. Gorthi is fantastic. When I was having a dental emergency she came in on a holiday to see me. She is patient and puts you at ease by carefully explaining what she's doing each step of the way. Best of all, the care I received was top notch. Can't recommend more highly.
