Allison is a master at her work. She is very personable and approachable and took time to listen to my concerns and to explain what she was doing and why throughout the sports massage. My calves have been gnarly for a while and she was able to give a really deep tissue massage to help loosen the knots and reset my muscles. This is my second visit and as before, I appreciate Allison finding time in her busy schedule to slot me in at short notice.
Allison is great. Has really helped me with my chronic lumbar back pain. She's made me aware of muscles that are locking up and given me exercises I can do that are really helping.
Allison is amazing! I went in with knee pain that was so bad I couldn't put pressure on it. After Allison did her magic I could walk out. Second appointment I had shoulder pain- she concentrated on the spot and it has never felt better. She truly is gifted.
