I hired them to come same day service . They showed up in time cool. My only 2 issue are. I told them over the phone my exact issues and was given the price the tech changed the price nothing bigger to do but I paid it. Secondly my sink is still draining slow so no help there.
Had some major septic issues. Rafi the technician was friendly, knowledgeable and a good communicator as was his supervisor, Sam. Costs escalated a few times quite dramatically but in all fairness, this was an old neglected house. They were on time and the work was quality.
My house was built in the 1950s and we didn't know the layout of the septic system. Sam K and Rick from Rooter Man did a fantastic job to understand the septic system and determine the best solution for us. We had a crew of 4 working in our front yard for over a week to replace the drainage lines. The crew was friendly and always available to answer our questions. The work is now complete and we're confident in the quality of their work (so that we won't be dealing with the same problems for decades to come).
