He was courteous, helpful, kind, and professional. He came out on a Sunday, which was probably his day off. He did a great job identifying our problem. I would highly reccommend him!
We had a plumbing problem which Mike from RM made worse. We addressed with company, and he was replaced by company immediately. Samy was reassigned who was an excellent young man. Samy was very knowledgable and fixed all in a few hours. I think company should give him appreciation gratitude for hid excellence. Thank you Samy.
