Do not use this company. Ordered a fork lift with 6’ forks for a time critical delivery. They showed up with 5’ forks two hours late and left us high and dry. The dispatcher was basically a jerk on the phone and had no interest in solving the problem. Just said we would not get billed.

OVER PRICED!!! Other companies charged $469 & 488 for a 1 day scissor lift rental, these guys quoted me $750 which is almost double everyone else. STAY AWAY & search for another rental company..I DON'T know how they stay in business !!!

Masters of the Bait and Switch, stay away. Rented a large piece of equipment from them and had our own truck and trailer to tow the unit. They never mentioned they wouldn't let us take equipment without the truck meeting their standards prior. They charge 280 dollars to deliver and pick up a total distance of 40 miles. It is similar to other businesses, but other businesses don't try and hide the fact they are going to get more money out of you anyway they can. Horrible company
