Great dental office, very friendly and courteous. Always answering my questions, they are very patient with me. I feel comfortable with Dr and staff, I definitely recommend this place excellent customer service!
First off, everyone in this office from the receptionist, to the assistant and doctor are some of the nicest genuine people. They all made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in. They happily listened to me when speaking about my previous dental experiences. I voiced my dislikes from the previous practice and they truly took notice to my comments. I recently decided to switch dentists and so happy I found this place. They walked me through a “game plan” with my teeth and my mouths current condition. This did not feel transactional whatsoever which was a complaint from my previous dental office. I’m very very happy! Definitely recommend them!
It took me a long while to find a dentist who does a great job and very minimal pain, very understanding of her patients and works with you if any discomfort. I would highly recommend her to anyone who has fear of dentist due to prior dentist that just want to work on patients without concern if the patient isn't comfortable and relax.
