UPDATE:I just called my insurance Access Dental and they said there was never an authorization for the cleaning entered by this dental office! That is completely messed up and unprofessional. Why did this happen? Anyways I changed my dentist and I hope I have a much better experience over there. I wanted to follow up I a few things I left out. Someone I know went to this office and had a root canal but when they quoted me a rtc they told me I had charges that would not be covered but they could send me to another office to see if they won't charge that fee. Ok fine so I said yes refer me out. I went in for the procedure I spoke of earlier, a deep cleaning, scaling and root planing, and was never told prior about any fees until I showed up. You can read the rest on my prior review. This dentist needs to find another office because he is super nice. They have the dentist name as an Asian sounding name but the treating dentist I believe is some one else.

Avoid this place- the office manager is incredibly rude and standoffish. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called to make an appointment- when I asked if there where afternoon slots- she said..." I told you these are the only slots."Do you want them or not? I don't have the time.... WHTF!! RUDE. Unfortunately, my mother went to get some work done. Her insurance didn't cover everything which is fine- this lady did not tell her how much the insurance covered just charged her- when my mother asked questions she threatened to send her to collections.
