they started to work on me and never told me they were moving to a new location till after they did and then told me they will finish up the root canal two months later. only telling me not to drink hot or cold things and not to eat anything hard. like what? hello i need a list i had to look it up on line. i also have a cracked tooth and now that is hurting and an infection has set in, when i called they acted they didn't care and they said in their in own words we have no dentists here at this time to help you. go the emergency room or urgent care. what would happen if the temporary fillings falls out then if no dentist is there?

This place is such a rip off. They charge you all kinds of money out of pocket, even though you have insurance. Now I got a bill from UCLA where they send for biopsy to pay them more money. Apparently they charge you at the dental office, but don't pay UCLA, so now we are getting billed. They will rip you off.

UPDATE:I just called my insurance Access Dental and they said there was never an authorization for the cleaning entered by this dental office! That is completely messed up and unprofessional. Why did this happen? Anyways I changed my dentist and I hope I have a much better experience over there.
